How is eSIM activation done?

We will send a QR code to your email address after your activation. You don't need to meet with us.

Because of the regulations, your activation will be done after you enter to Turkey. Our team will follow your flight and activate the sim in 10 minutes after you pass the control.

For Istanbul airports (IST and SAW) there is a free wifi, you can connect and activate your eSIM. For other airports, you can look for a connection inside airport or you can activate your eSIM plan at your hotel.

For Iphone phones / IOS devices:
Go to the Settings menu
Click on Cellular
Click on Add Cellular Plan
Scan the QR code that we sent to your email address

For Android phones / devices:
Go to the Settings menu
Click on Mobile Network
Click on SIM management
Click on Add eSIM
Click Add Plan using QR code
